Originally from Cold Spring, New York, I received
my BA in History and Anthropology with a specialization in archaeology
from the University of Rhode Island. I have conducted academic fieldwork
in Bermuda, Belize, Norway, and professional fieldwork in cultural
resource management in Staten Island, New York. My research interests
lie within the use of material culture to answer greater socioeconomic
status and class comparative issues within historical archaeology.
During the summer of 2005 I will be conducting field research for
my thesis at a 19th century domestic structure located on the West
Point Foundry site. |
