Duluth International Airport is served by Northwest Airlines from the Twin Cities and American Airlines from Chicago offering this service. Taxi fare from the Duluth airport to the hotel is approximately $10 one-way. No shuttle service is available but taxis are plentiful upon your arrival.
Travelers may prefer to fly into Minneapolis/Saint Paul International Airport, which is served by most major airlines, and drive from there. Duluth can be reached via I-35 from the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area. (A suggested stop for dining is Tobie's in Hinckley, midway between the Twin Cities and Twin Ports.)
Duluth can also be reached by US Highway 2 from the east and west, and US Highway 53 from Chicago or Canada. Amtrak also serves St. Paul, with a Greyhound bus connection to Duluth.
