The SIA newsletter (SIAN) has been published since 1972 by the Society for Industrial Archeology. The printed newsletter is sent to all SIA members, who also receive the Society's journal, IA. The newsletter contains current news, recent publications and notices of conferences and events of interest to members of the SIA community.

Back issue copies and/or photocopies of any newsletter are available for purchase from the SIA.

Newsletters are made available online a year after they are mailed to SIA members. Printed copies of all current newsletters are mailed to new members immediately after joining.
